Open Auto Classifieds is free under its open source license, but it's not free to run. Donations will be used to cover hosting costs, purchase hardware or software which helps development progress. Donate through the donations page at Sourceforge for this project and %15 of all donations will be donated to the Electronic Frontier Foundation

Usage and system requirements: I created this to work with Linux. I use .htaccess files for some small amount of security. I would not recommend using this on a windows server (although your millage may vary). This has been tested with PHP5, and MySQL5 on Linux. You also need to have the GD image libs installed for profile and listing images to work. Make sure register_globals is off. Use at your own risk.

This WIKI is an attempt to start documenting Open Auto Classifieds for Users, Sellers, Admins and Developers. Install Documentation Open Auto Classifieds is designed to run right out of the box, it is based on open technologies such as the PHP scripting language, the MySQL database engine, XHTML eXtensible Hypertext Markup Language, and CSS Cascading Style Sheets. Using these Open source tools OAC is fully customizable.
